Hi, Gül! Please, tell us something about yourself.

First of all, hello, my name is Gül, I’m 25 years old and I’m working in a technology company. Besides my job, I am also interested in Spark AR.

Spark AR is actually an Augmented Reality program, as its name suggests. When it was first released, I saw some of my favorite photographers publish their presets as effects. This made me very excited and I wanted to share the presets I created on my profile. So, my effects don’t involve a lot of AR – I felt the need to specify.

How many effects have you created so far and for which platforms?

I usually posted effects on my own profile, there are over 100 filters there. I also worked for 2 brands. There are also some filters we collaborate on with a brand at the moment that has not yet been released.

Name the best three effects you created and briefly describe them.

Watercolor – the effect consisting of leaves moving on the screen and watercolor objects on face.

Moment – the effect that you can use with various colors. You can take photos of 4 different moments present on the screen and put a photo from the gallery in the background.

Blur – the effect that changes the colors when you touch the screen. You can shoot and touch the 3 frames on the screen and than use in both blurry and clear form.

Which platform for creating AR filters is your favourite and why?

Currently I only use Spark AR.

What, in your opinion, are the greatest possibilities that AR raises?

For example, people could visit museums in a virtual environment. I see it in some brands, we can try their products. Things like this are great technology, especially in our time. I also think it creates a very strong advertising network for brands.
