Can you tell us something about yourself? Where are you from and were do you work? How long are you creating AR Effects? Are you freelancer or member of a company specializing in AR Effects?

I am a conceptual artist and poet born on the 9th of February, 1989 in Lausanne, Switzerland. My work analyzes the relationship between the audience, fame, and social medias. Thought of as his profound quest for self-identity in relation to the new age of social media dominance, are my main concern.

How many effects have you created so far and for which platforms?

At the time, I have created twelve Filters for Instagram, but only published seven of them!

Name the best three effects you created and briefly describe them.

BEHIND THE MASK goes against the current because it expresses the opportunity that we have offered smartphones and social networks: that of being ourselves. Indeed it is now so easy to meet and be part of a community, this allows each of us to really be himself, and no longer have to suffer the social pressure …

SELF-CENTERED places us as the center of gravity of our personal universe, and denounces the egocentrism that has invaded a platform that is initially designated for sharing and exchange.

DIVING CONTENT emphasizes the way we live our lives through our smartphone screen, constantly looking at the world throught a screen, while constantly spying on the lives of others.

Which platform for creating Augmented Reality Effects is your favourite and why?

Spark AR, because I love Instagram.

What in your opinion makes an AR effect successful?

It gives access to the audience to digital art. I feel the interaction AR allows, was the missing piece for the public to fully enjoy it. My aim is to use social medias as a full art medium.
